What the Job Entails

As Senior Brand Strategist, you will shape brand and communication strategies by translating business objectives and consumer research into ideas that inspire meaningful human action. You will identify audience motivations, behavioral barriers, and opportunities for brand growth.

Your responsibilities will include developing customer journeys and go-to-market blueprints, writing creative briefs, and guiding creative teams through the development, refinement, and presentation of their work. You will design and implement qualitative and quantitative research programs, evaluate advertising concepts, and use post-campaign analysis to strengthen strategic recommendations. Working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, you will connect global brand direction with local consumer insight and help elevate the ambition and effectiveness of the work.

Key Requirements
  • Experience as a brand or communications strategist at an advertising agency, or a strong foundation in strategic consumer research.

  • Experience developing brand strategies based on consumer research and translating business objectives into desired human actions.

  • Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and their application to client challenges.

  • Strong analytical and abstract-thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, cultural insights, and human motivations.

  • Understanding of creative development, including writing creative briefs and guiding, evaluating, and presenting creative work.

  • Experience developing customer journeys, go-to-market blueprints, communication tasks, and consumer touchpoints.

  • Ability to build trusted client relationships and communicate strategic recommendations clearly.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across creative, media, data, technology, and other disciplines.

  • Understanding of global brand direction and local consumer behavior, with the judgment to elevate a brand’s ambition.

  • Curiosity about popular culture, emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and evolving consumer behavior.
