Position Summary

The Senior Product Manager – Gen AI will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of tripla’s GenAI platform and autonomous AI agent initiatives. This role will focus on enabling AI discoverability, building traveler-facing AI experiences, and evolving tripla from a SaaS platform into an Outcome-as-a-Service model powered by intelligent AI agents.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the AI Discoverability (AEO) roadmap to ensure hotel inventory and hospitality data are optimized for AI crawlers and LLM-based discovery platforms

  • Drive implementation of structured data frameworks, schema markup, and AI content syndication strategies

  • Lead Agentic Commerce initiatives including MCP and UCP implementation to improve direct hotel bookings through AI agents such as ChatGPT and Gemini

  • Define and manage the roadmap for traveler-facing AI agents covering trip discovery, trip planning, booking flows, and post-booking engagement

  • Build AI concierge management infrastructure enabling hotel operators to manage operations and guest communication using natural language interactions

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with ML Engineering, Data, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to transform data assets into scalable AI products

  • Balance long-term product vision with hands-on issue investigation, product QA, and operational execution

  • Define success metrics focused on AI discovery share, zero-click conversion, and direct revenue contribution rather than feature delivery alone

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience within B2B2C SaaS environments

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working on AI or ML-powered products

  • Strong understanding of AI agent ecosystems, structured data, API design, and protocol integrations such as MCP/UCP

  • Proven ability to balance strategic product vision with hands-on execution and technical collaboration

  • Professional-level English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within hospitality, travel, fintech, or e-commerce industries

  • Japanese language proficiency

  • Experience working with conversational AI, AI commerce, or autonomous agent ecosystems

  • Strong understanding of AI-native product design and user experience strategy
