3-5 years of exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in a full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
3+ years of experience recruiting in the relevant industry environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools.
2+ years of experience in a service-oriented role, you had to correspond in writing or over the phone with internal employees and external candidates.
2+ months of experience in a service-oriented role where you had to apply business rules to varying fact situations and make appropriate decisions
