Position: Senior Technical Recruiter (IT)
Role Overview

A global organization is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead hiring initiatives for engineering and technology teams. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with stakeholders, and driving strategic talent acquisition in a competitive market.

You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder & Hiring Management
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, including skills, experience, and compensation

  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to support hiring strategies

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (e.g., direct outreach, job boards, referrals, networking) to attract top talent

  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates

  • Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Candidate Assessment & Experience
  • Evaluate candidates based on both technical fit and long-term organizational needs

  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process

  • Communicate effectively with candidates at all stages

Recruitment Strategy & Market Insights
  • Develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies tailored to local and global talent markets

  • Leverage data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes

  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

Process Management & Compliance
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies

  • Track and report recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness

  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data

Onboarding & Engagement
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires

  • Support initiatives related to employee engagement and internal branding

Required Qualifications
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in technical recruiting, either in-house or within an RPO environment

  • Strong expertise in sourcing techniques (headhunting, Boolean search, social media, etc.)

  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and hiring managers

  • Experience handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in standard business tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, documentation)

  • Native-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
