Position Overview
As a Junior Software Engineer, you will contribute to enterprise digital transformation projects by developing web applications incorporating AI technologies such as image recognition and optimization algorithms.
You will work closely with senior engineers and technical leads in a collaborative full-stack development environment while gradually taking ownership of implementation tasks and client-facing technical discussions.
This role offers strong long-term growth opportunities toward Senior Engineer, Tech Lead, or Project Management positions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement features for AI-powered web applications
Participate in full-stack development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers
Work with modern technologies including React, Next.js, NestJS, FastAPI, and cloud infrastructure
Learn and apply coding standards, architecture principles, and development best practices under technical leadership guidance
Independently manage implementation tasks based on design documents and ticket workflows
Participate in technical discussions alongside Project Managers during client meetings
Contribute to collaborative development processes including code reviews and quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Practical experience in web application development
Ability to understand and implement based on technical design documentation
Experience independently handling implementation and testing tasks
Experience owning small-scale feature development through release, including technical decision-making and progress management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python, GraphQL, AWS, or Terraform
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Experience in QA or test automation
Performance optimization or refactoring experience
Experience developing applications utilizing LLM technologies
Career Path
Engineers in this role are expected to grow into Senior Engineer or Tech Lead positions through hands-on ownership and mentorship from experienced team members.
High-performing individuals may also transition into Project Management roles supporting large-scale enterprise DX initiatives.

Compensation
Salary Range:
JPY 5,000,000 – 8,000,000 annually
Determined based on experience and skills
Bonus paid twice per year
Fixed overtime allowance included (45 hours/month)
Additional overtime paid separately
