What the job entails
This permanent software platform role will contribute to the development, improvement and ongoing operation of the company’s technology platform. You will work closely with colleagues across engineering, product and business functions to help create reliable, scalable and user-focused software solutions.
Your responsibilities are likely to include translating business and product needs into technical solutions, contributing to platform design and development, improving system performance and reliability, and supporting the continuous enhancement of internal and customer-facing capabilities. Key requirements
Professional experience in software development, platform engineering or a closely related technology discipline.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including maintainability, scalability, testing and system reliability.
Experience designing, developing or supporting software platforms and technical services.
Ability to understand complex requirements and translate them into practical, robust technical solutions.
Familiarity with modern development tools, architectures and delivery practices.
A structured approach to troubleshooting, performance improvement and resolving technical issues.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with engineering, product and business stakeholders.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in a professional, multicultural environment.
