Job Title: Solution Architect (Pre-Sales / Technical Consultant)
Overview
This role sits at the intersection of technology and sales, acting as a technical expert throughout the customer engagement process.
As a Solution Architect, you will combine strong technical knowledge with business understanding to support clients in evaluating and adopting enterprise software solutions. The position involves both high-level stakeholder engagement and hands-on technical work, offering a dynamic environment with exposure to diverse use cases.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a technical advisor, supporting customers through the evaluation and adoption of software solutions
Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Analyze client requirements and design tailored technical solutions aligned with business needs
Collaborate with sales teams to develop compelling proposals and solution strategies
Assess customer IT environments to ensure alignment with proposed technologies
Support the development and delivery of proof-of-concept (PoC) projects
Work with partner organizations to strengthen their technical capabilities and enable successful solution delivery
Engage in a variety of pre-sales activities, including both strategic discussions and hands-on technical execution
Act as a key liaison between customers, product teams, and support teams to ensure alignment
Develop and deliver enablement programs, including training and technical resources for partners
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and community engagements
Contribute to external communications, including reviewing and adapting technical content
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a software or technology-related role
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
Knowledge of web or mobile application development, database concepts, and software project methodologies (e.g., Agile)
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Solid understanding of system architecture and enterprise IT environments
Business acumen and ability to align technical solutions with commercial goals is a plus
Willingness to travel as required
