Senior Alliance Director (Partner Strategy & Ecosystem)

Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Management & Enablement
  • Manage and support partner relationships within the regional ecosystem

  • Coach partners and internal sales teams to drive effective joint sales engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between partners and internal teams

2. Business Development & Growth
  • Lead joint business development initiatives with partners

  • Drive pipeline creation and revenue growth through collaborative sales efforts

  • Coordinate and execute new business opportunities from initiation to closure

3. Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Develop annual business plans with partners, including pipeline and revenue targets

  • Conduct regular business reviews and adjust strategies to meet shared objectives

  • Align partner activities with broader organizational goals

4. Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives and sales teams

  • Foster long-term, strategic partnerships to support sustainable growth

5. Sales & Operations Coordination
  • Support deal registration processes and pipeline tracking within CRM systems

  • Manage partner enablement programs and communication initiatives

  • Oversee joint marketing and PR activities with partners

6. Partner Lifecycle Management
  • Handle partner onboarding and ongoing engagement

  • Manage partner inquiries, proposals, and presentations

  • Ensure partners are equipped to succeed within the ecosystem

Candidate Requirements
Experience
  • 5–7 years of experience in enterprise software sales, partner/channel development, or strategic alliances

  • Experience working with enterprise clients and/or partner ecosystems

  • Background in sales, account management, or partner strategy preferred

Skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Education
