Role Details
Reports to: Talent Acquisition & Development Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Environment: Primarily office-based (remote work available after probation, subject to policy)
Hiring Focus: External talent sourcing and pipeline development
Team Size: Small to mid-sized HR/Talent function
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: Approximately JPY 6.5M – 7M (depending on experience)
Additional benefits provided in line with company policy
Hybrid work option available after successful completion of probation period
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Identify and engage external talent to build a strong candidate pipeline
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies
Support talent development initiatives and internal mobility where applicable
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain and update recruitment systems and reporting metrics
Candidate Requirements
Experience
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within a corporate or agency environment
Experience sourcing external candidates and managing hiring pipelines
Language
Native-level Japanese proficiency
Fluent English communication skills
Profile
Mid-career professional with strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
