Overview
  • We are seeking a Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist to support hiring and talent initiatives within a dynamic, international organization

  • This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, talent pipeline development, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to attract and retain top talent

Role Details
  • Reports to: Talent Acquisition & Development Manager

  • Employment Type: Full-time

  • Work Environment: Primarily office-based (remote work available after probation, subject to policy)

  • Hiring Focus: External talent sourcing and pipeline development

  • Team Size: Small to mid-sized HR/Talent function

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: Approximately JPY 6.5M – 7M (depending on experience)

  • Hybrid work option available after successful completion of probation period

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management

  • Identify and engage external talent to build a strong candidate pipeline

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies

  • Support talent development initiatives and internal mobility where applicable

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

  • Maintain and update recruitment systems and reporting metrics

Candidate Requirements

Experience

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within a corporate or agency environment

  • Experience sourcing external candidates and managing hiring pipelines

Language

  • Native-level Japanese proficiency

  • Fluent English communication skills
