What the job entails
As Vice President of Product, Revenue Engine, you will define and lead the product strategy for the company’s revenue-generating platform capabilities. You will own the roadmap across booking conversion, dynamic pricing, payments, inventory distribution and related commercial systems, ensuring that product decisions support revenue growth, profitability, reliability and long-term customer value.
You will lead and develop product management teams, partnering closely with the C-suite, engineering, data and AI functions. The role will require you to translate market opportunities and customer needs into scalable products, while strengthening AI-augmented product management capabilities and exploring the implications of agentic commerce.
Working across multicultural APAC teams and engaging with senior enterprise stakeholders, you will balance strategic ambition with disciplined execution in a complex, high-pressure environment.
Key requirements
At least seven years’ experience in product management, including three or more years leading product management teams.
A strong background in e-commerce, fintech, transactional platforms, marketplaces, travel technology or related environments.
A demonstrable record of improving commercial outcomes such as ARR, conversion, average daily rate or customer lifetime value.
Deep expertise in dynamic pricing, conversion optimisation, payment infrastructure and unit economics.
Experience managing multi-channel inventory and working with OTA partnerships or comparable distribution ecosystems.
A clear understanding of direct and third-party distribution economics.
Familiarity with AI agent architectures, MCP, UCP and the implications of agentic commerce.
The ability to align product strategy and investment decisions with P&L performance, revenue growth, engineering capacity and platform reliability.
Resilience, accountability and sound judgement in complex, high-pressure situations.
Strong communication and collaboration skills within multicultural APAC organisations and with Japanese enterprise stakeholders.
Experience in hospitality revenue management, hotel pricing systems, channel managers, GDS or OTA distribution would be advantageous.
Japanese-language ability and experience across APAC markets would be beneficial.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model and undertake periodic international business travel.
