[REQUIREMENTS】
- Required Technical Skills
Video Gear - High proficiency in shooting with varied camera equipment in a fast shooting environment and using Gimbal most of the time.
Audio Gear - Full understanding of audio capture best practices. Ability to set up, record and back up pin-mics, shotgun microphones and so on.
Lighting - Overall understanding of lighting's best practices in most common scenarios such as: interview, outdoor performance, indoor performance, studio, display object beauty-shots. Preferable: a good understanding of color and composition theory
Software - Full proficiency in Adobe Premiere. Preferable - Good understanding of DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom - Desirable Additional
Drone piloting/shooting - Ability to efficiently organize, share and adapt to a remote-based team workflow
Driving License - For gear transportation on and off location and on car shooting when necessary - Communication
Fluent Japanese and business level English
