Overview
A senior leadership role responsible for scaling and optimizing operations within a robotics and logistics technology environment. This position focuses on driving operational excellence across ASRS/AMR solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance while supporting the transition to integrated end-to-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Value Stream Optimization
Lead the standardization and optimization of ASRS/AMR Operational Value Stream (OVS)
Improve delivery, quality, and cost efficiency through scalable processes and governance
Define and track operational metrics to ensure continuous improvement
End-to-End Solutions Leadership
Collaborate with executive leadership to transition toward integrated, end-to-end solutions
Design operating models and systems to support scalable business growth
Build and strengthen strategic partnerships
Team & Organizational Development
Build highly collaborative, cross-functional teams
Drive organizational capability development aligned with business growth
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Strong engineering foundation with systems thinking capability
Proven experience leading end-to-end (E2E) operations in DX / automation environments (e.g., ERP, WMS, robotics)
Demonstrated success improving lead time, reliability, and cost efficiency
Experience managing complex, on-site operations with safety and compliance considerations
Native-level Japanese and business-level English
