● Plan and recruit through direct recruiting and agents

● Analyze the industry developments, and trends, and formulate more efficient processes.
● Problem-solve and make decisions quickly and effectively; ability to face problems directly and bring them to powerful resolution
● Plan and develop the recruitment process and onboarding process
● Execute recruitment practices (candidate group creation, interviews, offer meetings, etc.)
● Build relationships with external partners
● Support for onboarding and career development of engineers



● 3+ years of in-house technical recruitment experience with, the ability to work in an agile work environment with changing priorities.
● Experience in recruitment using LinkedIn, job boards, and others 

● Business Level Japanese, and Business Level English
● Critical thinking skills; ability to understand and set priorities and make trade-offs as priorities change
● Knowledge and experience of Google Workspace and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
● Agent Management

  • 採用実務の実行(候補者グループ作成、面接、オファーミーティングなど)
  • 外部パートナーとの関係構築
  • エンジニアのオンボーディングとキャリア形成の支援


  • 3年以上のIT分野での採用の経験、変化や成長が著しい職場環境で働く能力
  • LinkedIn、ジョブボードなどを利用した採用活動の経験。
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語
  • 優先順位を理解・設定し、優先順位の変化に応じてトレードオフを行うことができるクリティカルシンキングスキル
  • GoogleワークスペースとMSオフィスアプリケーション(Word、Excel、PowerPiont)の知識と経験
