  • Understand customer needs and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships

  • Identify new opportunities for business development

  • Hold quarterly and annual business customer reviews

  • Formulate and execute plans to achieve KPIs

  • Work closely with cross-function teams to ensure customer satisfaction


  • Over 5 years of experience in sales in Japan

  • Ability to establish networks within the outdoor consumer product industry

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • English proficiency, a plus

  • MS Office proficiency
