  • Manage general office and administrative operation

  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for employee

  • Conduct training and coaching of the office staff and ensure to maximize productivity

  • Arrange domestic and international travels

  • Purchase office supplies and manage stock inventory

  • Manage and arrange the interview process

  • Manage on-boarding and off-boarding HR process

  • Produce reports and draft new contracts

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in office administration

  • At least 10 years of working experience

  • Have experience in leading at least a team of 2-3

  • Fluent in Japanese and English

  • Have commercial awareness and good interpersonal skill
