Communicate with sales and customers daily to provide technical answers and customized solutions for both pre and post sales to help the commercial team to achieve payment and revenue goals.
Attend industry seminars/symposiums/conferences to provide scientific support or presentations occasionally.
Offer/organize regular technical trainings to company internal commercial team and company distributors regarding existing product updates and the system.
Summarize and compile Japanese technical documents (FAQs, demo reports, TAT, etc.) to support the commercial team.
Collect and analyze products info from the market and offer guidance to commercial team regarding company products selling points.
Have university-level knowledge in molecular biology.
It is desirable to have a master's or doctoral degree.
Experience in NGS and microarray experiments is desirable.
Industry Experience is a Plus but may also be open to new Graduates with strong relevant experience in NGS .
