ポジション概要 / Role Overview
会計・財務スペシャリストとして、会計マネージャーや財務チームをサポート。日々の経理業務からIPO準備に向けた重要な業務まで携わり、急成長のテックベンチャーでスキルアップが図れます。
As an Accounting and Finance Specialist, you will support the Accounting Manager and finance team with daily operations and key tasks related to IPO readiness, offering strong growth opportunities in a fast-paced tech venture.
主な職務内容 / Key Responsibilities
日常の書類発行や月次・四半期・年次の会計サポート
財務報告やプロジェクトの原価計算、開示業務の補助（有価証券報告書など）
監査対応や税務調査のサポート
会計ワークフローの構築・改善支援
会計方針の策定や監査法人との連携支援
会社全体の予算作成および月次の予算実績分析の補助
Daily document issuance and monthly/quarterly/annual accounting support
Assist with financial reporting, project cost calculation, and disclosure tasks (e.g., securities reports)
Support accounting audits, lead underwriters, and tax investigations
Help build and improve accounting workflows
Contribute to planning accounting policies and liaising with audit firms
Support company-wide budgeting and monthly budget vs. actual analysis
応募条件 / Requirements
必須経験 / Must-Have
月次・四半期・年次決算の実務経験
Hands-on experience with monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting
歓迎経験 / Preferred
ITやコンサル業界での会計経験
Accounting experience in IT or consulting industries
法人税・消費税申告の経験
Preparation of corporate and consumption tax returns
日商簿記2級以上
Nissho Bookkeeping (Level 2 or higher)
ビジネスレベルの英語力
Business-level English proficiency
連結決算経験（親会社）
Experience in consolidated financial statements (parent company)
監査法人との業務経験
Exposure to working with audit firms
