【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Visual Strategy Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive visual design strategy that aligns with the marketing goals and brand guidelines.
Team Management and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers, to achieve excellence in every piece of content produced.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual designs across various channels maintain brand integrity and consistency.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to create a unified and impactful visual narrative.
Innovation and Trends: Stay on top of the latest design trends, incorporating innovative solutions and practices to keep our brand at the cutting edge.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Feedback and Improvement: Establish a culture of feedback, where constructive critique is welcomed and used as a foundation for continuous improvement and learning.
Vendor and Stakeholder Relations: Collaborate with external vendors and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on visual strategy and execution.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in visual design, with experience in a leadership role.
A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of visual design work, including branding, digital marketing, and multimedia content.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for presenting ideas and designs effectively to various stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities, capable of balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for storytelling through visual design.
