Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global fleet sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with multinational corporations, leasing companies and logistic companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target customers
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to align global strategies with local execution
- Negotiate high value contracts and ensure compliance with international trade and regulatory requirements
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product and pricing strategies
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to the management
- Represent the company at international conferences, and client meetings
Requirement
■ Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development
- Strong interest in global markets, mobility solutions, and fleet management
- Strong understanding of fleet management, leasing models, and logistics
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training or client support.
■ Preferred Experience:
- Automotive, transportation, or mobility industry background
- Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Familiarity with sustainability and electrification trends in fleet management
