【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
- Manages and performs all aspects of pre-analytic workflow to ensure orders are entered correctly, specimens collected are appropriate for the test ordered and are correctly processed/transported.
- Implements new diagnostic assays as directed by company strategy.
- Troubleshoots and solves problems.
- Ensures safety of operations.
- Updates and/or generates internal SOPs to ensure compliance with regulations.
【REQUIREMENTS】
- B. S. in biological science, pharmaceutical science, medical science or related field of study and 3+ years industry experience, to include 2+ years supervisory or management experience.
- Licensed in Japan to test clinical patient samples.
