They are currently hiring a Marketing Communications & Digital Marketing Specialist. This role involves leading initiatives to boost brand visibility and executing targeted digital marketing campaigns. The selected candidate will oversee both digital and traditional communications, contribute to marketing operations, support creative content development, and track campaign effectiveness.
【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies across digital and traditional channels, including events, workshops, public relations, and both internal and external communications.
Lead digital marketing initiatives by:
Defining target audiences and executing email marketing campaigns.
Creating mobile-optimized email templates consistent with brand guidelines.
Reviewing and editing content to ensure it is clear, professional, and on-brand.
Managing and growing email databases to support lead generation activities.
Tracking campaign metrics and providing performance reports on a quarterly basis.
Ensuring compliance with best practices to maintain deliverability and minimize unsubscribe rates.
Oversee marketing operations, including:
Managing approval workflows and executing digital assets using marketing platforms.
Handling purchase order processing through Oracle.
Ensuring alignment with standard operating procedures, corporate guidelines, and local regulations.
Producing written content, supporting local creative design, and contributing to broader marketing initiatives.
Assisting with various ad-hoc marketing projects and collaborating across departments as needed.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, IT, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and managing email campaigns.
Proficient in HTML, content management systems, and marketing automation platforms (experience with Marketo is essential).
Familiarity with Salesforce and data analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Practical understanding of SEO and SEM techniques.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record in project management.
Detail-oriented and proactive team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
