Description:
The primary responsibility of this role is to optimize stock levels at internal points of sale (POS).
On a daily basis, the individual will handle the following duties:
Preparing shipping instructions from the Tokyo headquarters to each store (including both new product launches and restocking of sold items)
Managing regular stock transfers between stores
Generating sales and inventory reports to support stock management analysis
Communicating with the headquarters regarding inventory checks and delivery schedule confirmations (excluding any negotiation tasks)
Ensuring adequate stock is secured for store events
Coordinating stock for new store openings
Providing support to the Director
The ideal candidate :
• At least 5 years of experience working as an MD or Stock Planner
• Experience in purchasing (order placement)
• Experience in internal POS stock management
• Proficiency in Excel
• Proficiency in PowerPoint
• English language skills
