パート従業員の勤怠シフト作成および管理
業務上その問題を解決し、再発防止策を実行(25%)
パート従業員とコミュニケーションをとり、目標達成に向けより良いチームを構築 (10% )
社内のプロジェクトへの参加を通し、自部署の業務の枠を超えて会社の目標達成に貢献 (5%)
Plan and direct the work of routine operations. (60%)
Communicate with related departments to ensure proper and efficient execution of routine tasks.
Prepare and manage attendance shifts for part-time employees.
Resolve work-related problems and take steps to prevent recurrence. (25%)
Communicate closely with part-time employees to build a better team to achieve the goals. (10%)
