Compensation & Benefits Overview

Annual Salary: ¥8,000,000 to ¥11,000,000

Bonus: Equivalent to approximately 6 months’ salary (paid twice a year in June and December)

Salary Review: Annually in April
Working Conditions

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (60-minute break)

Flex Time System: Available, with core hours from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Remote Work: Option to work from home once a week, with flexibility to accommodate family needs

Average Overtime: Approximately 15 to 20 hours per month

Days Off: Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), plus national holidays
