[RESPONSIBILITIES]

 

In this role, you will support our real estate expansion efforts across existing and new markets. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing new site opportunities that align with our growth strategy and financial objectives.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Drive the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, product presentation, and deal closure.
  • Acquire new customers and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage and nurture key and existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct customer tours to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Handle escalated customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure resolution.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency.

[REQUIREMENTS]

 

Prerequisites for the role include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality or related discipline
  • At least 4 years’ of experience in Sales or Leasing
  • Strong conversational English is a must, as the role involves frequent communication with regional stakeholders and international clients.
  • Sales driven with an excellent track record
  • Experience in co-working, serviced office, service apartments, developers or sales related industry is an advantage
