An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading marketing agency as we continue on a journey of growth with one of the top global sports brands. Our client, a renowned electronics manufacturer, is expanding in the ever-evolving retail landscape, and they've entrusted us to support and enhance their in-store execution.
As Senior Project Manager you will possess extensive expertise in managing complex in-store fit-outs. Plus, prior experience in fit-outs, layout planning, and a deep technical understanding of intricate fixtures, fittings, and equipment are essential. You should be adept at handling large-scale projects for multiple store openings with varying lead times. Your responsibilities will encompass receiving project briefings, managing day-to-day communications, providing quotations, and overseeing the complex execution. Your role will involve a blend of project work, collaboration with clients, internal teams, and occasional on-site presence during installations. This presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to contribute to the development of stores for a top-tier sports fashion brand.
[Key Responsibilities]
Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Take the lead in coordinating in-store fit-out deliveries, serving as the primary client contact day-to-day, overseeing the project from layout creation right through to installation.
Collaborate closely with your Account Manager/Account Director to extract comprehensive client briefs.
Create meticulous specifications for both internal and external clients, drawing from your client insights.
Elevate customer service standards for all stakeholders, both within the organization and externally.
Ensure precise, on-time delivery of in-store fit-out projects by monitoring their progress closely.
Leverage your comprehensive knowledge of HH’s diverse service offerings to provide clients with tailored digital solutions that enhance their in-store fit-outs.
Drive innovation by implementing new methods and procedures when necessary.
Collaborate as part of a cohesive team to meet contractual obligations, craft compelling presentations, and manage essential account administration and reporting.
Collaborate with Account Directors and Account Managers to identify and nurture new business opportunities, contributing to our continuous growth
[Knowledge, skills and experience]
Native/Fluent Japanese and Fluent English
5-7 years experience of managing marketing campaigns for in-store activation;
Experience in trouble shooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred;
Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign print/digital solutions is preferred;
Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators);
A great project/program manager, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations;
Knowledge of Microsoft office and Google Apps is preferred but not essential.
