Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容
Partner with business unit & manufacturing leaders to provide strategic financial analysis and decision-making support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual and long-term business plans.
Build and maintain KPI reporting frameworks to monitor performance.
Design and operate forecasting models and review cycles.
Deliver actionable insights to support revenue growth & cost optimization.
Manage additional ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis as required.

Qualifications / 応募資格
2–3+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in a mid- to large-sized company
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Business-level English and Japanese
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of US GAAP & JGAAP
Interest in collectibles/sports is a plus
