【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

  • Ensure all the administrative processes of the payroll and statutory procedures on social insurance and taxes for all employees in Japan

  • Ensure the implementing of HR administrative policies and legal regulations

  • Handle employee files and HR data

  • Support onboarding and offboarding

  • Support internal and external audit

  • Maintain the communication with internal and external partners (payroll and benefit vendors, local Finance, Regional COEs and Global Payroll)

  • Support local and global HR projects and initiatives (HR Transformation, employee survey, remuneration & benefit analysis, process simplification etc.).

 

【REQUIREMENTS】

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of HR operations and payroll experience at foreign multinational companies (both large and small/medium sized companies a plus)

  • General knowledge of Japanese labor laws and best practices

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Workday (HRIS) experience preferred

  • Native Japanese and business-level fluency in English
