Role Overview

The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding relationships with enterprise clients. The role focuses on identifying opportunities with large financial institutions and related industries, delivering strategic proposals, and managing complex sales cycles from initial engagement through to contract closure.

The position requires strong collaboration with internal teams such as engineering, product management, and customer success to ensure successful solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise clients, particularly within the financial services sector.

  • Develop strategic account plans and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.

Strategic Client Engagement
  • Understand client challenges related to digital transformation and propose technology solutions that address their business needs.

  • Lead discussions and negotiations with multiple stakeholders across departments within large organizations.

Market Development
  • Analyze market trends and develop strategies to expand the company’s presence in the financial and technology sectors.

  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through targeted outreach and strategic engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to translate client requirements into deliverable solutions.

  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure projects are executed effectively and meet customer expectations.

Sales Operations & Forecasting
  • Manage pipeline activity and track sales performance using sales management tools.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed records of client interactions.
