Establish and strengthen the lean agile mindset within the program by applying agile coaching and change management principles
Support Product Owners and teams in team setup and backlog management techniques
Support in planning and execution of agile ceremonies (regular team meetings) for each product team
Planning and Execution of PI (Product Increment) planning meetings across all teams in strong alignment with Program Management and business/IT stakeholders
Create transparency regarding each team’s sprint status, results (mandatory artefacts), retro, action items, etc. by means of smart and comprehensive documentation and visualization
Create transparency of (PI) Product Increment status, results, retro, action items, etc.
Ensure correct definition of tasks for each role, documentation of roles as well as the interaction of roles.
Support audits with regards to our development process to external and internal auditors.
Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally with an IT specialization.
Advanced skill for communication, people, change management, leading, analytics, problem solving.
10+ years in corporate IT or IT-interfacing position
3+ years of professional experience as Agile Master or Scrum Master.
Practical experience in change management.
Experience in large software development environments in business-critical areas.
Knowledge about agile frameworks for scaling agile development, preferably LeSS or SAFe
Excellent skills in using JIRA and Confluence in a multi-teams environment, incl. use of JIRA/Confluence for management reporting
Business-fluent English and Japanese skills in order to effectively communicate with our international teams and counterparts locally, regionally (APAC) and globally (Germany).
