Role Overview

The Content Manager will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality digital content tailored to the Japanese market. The ideal candidate will have strong UX writing and marketing copywriting skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support both product and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create clear, accessible content for digital products, ensuring effective UX localization for Japanese users.

  • Edit and refine content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand style and tone.

  • Develop compelling marketing copy across websites, product pages, social media, and various digital platforms.

  • Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive and user-focused content experiences.

  • Stay informed about market trends, user insights, and competitive landscapes to enhance content strategy.

  • Maintain content documentation and ensure messaging remains current across all customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional content creation experience, ideally in UX writing or digital marketing.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or POS-related services is highly desirable.

  • Excellent Japanese writing and editing skills, with strong cultural and user-behavior awareness.

  • Business-level English proficiency.

  • Familiarity with localization tools, editorial guidelines, and structured content workflows.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines independently.

  • Portfolio demonstrating UX writing or digital content work (access required).

Working Conditions

  • Standard working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

  • Core working hours: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible start/end times available)

  • Weekends and public holidays off
