Role Overview
The Content Manager will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality digital content tailored to the Japanese market. The ideal candidate will have strong UX writing and marketing copywriting skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support both product and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities

Create clear, accessible content for digital products, ensuring effective UX localization for Japanese users.

Edit and refine content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand style and tone.

Develop compelling marketing copy across websites, product pages, social media, and various digital platforms.

Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive and user-focused content experiences.

Stay informed about market trends, user insights, and competitive landscapes to enhance content strategy.

Maintain content documentation and ensure messaging remains current across all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications

3–5 years of professional content creation experience, ideally in UX writing or digital marketing.

Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or POS-related services is highly desirable.

Excellent Japanese writing and editing skills, with strong cultural and user-behavior awareness.

Business-level English proficiency.

Familiarity with localization tools, editorial guidelines, and structured content workflows.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines independently.

Portfolio demonstrating UX writing or digital content work (access required).
Working Conditions

Standard working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Core working hours: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible start/end times available)
