This is a unique opportunity to serve as a Finance Controller at the Japanese subsidiary of a global manufacturing company, working closely with senior management on financial analysis and reporting.

主な業務内容 / Main Responsibilities
月次・年次決算のサポート（タイムリーかつ正確な財務報告の準備）
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.業績指標の分析・報告書作成（社内レポートパッケージの準備）
Prepare internal reporting packages, including performance indicator analysis to improve business performance.予算・フォーキャスト・事業計画の資料作成と分析
Support budgeting, forecasting, and business plan documentation and analysis.実績コストの分析（前年・予算との比較、差異分析、改善提案）
Analyze actual costs vs. budget and prior year, explain variances, and recommend improvements.プロジェクト（POC/非POC）の売上・粗利計算および報告
Calculate and report Sales and Gross Margin of POC and Non-POC projects.財務部門への分析支援（アドホックな課題含む）
Support Accounting team and ad hoc projects requiring analysis skills.プロジェクトキャッシュフローのモニタリングと月次レポート
Monitor and report monthly project cash flow.SAPマスターデータの精度向上、改善策の実行
Improve accuracy of SAP data and master data management.監査対応および資料提供
Provide support and documentation for auditors.
応募資格・スキル / Qualifications & Skills
必須条件 / Must-Have
大卒以上（財務・会計・経営学など）
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Costing, or Business Administration.ファイナンスやコントローリングの経験：1～2年以上
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance Controlling or similar.製造業での就業経験（多国籍企業での経験歓迎）
Experience in a manufacturing environment within a multinational group.コスト計算およびコスト分析の知識・経験
Experience or knowledge in cost calculation and analysis.英語および日本語ともにビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話）
Business-level fluency in both English and Japanese (spoken and written).Excel・MS Officeの高度なスキル
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills.SAP使用経験（1～2年程度）
1–2 years of experience using SAP.柔軟なコミュニケーションスキル（多様な関係者とのやり取りあり）
Strong communication skills with adaptability for various stakeholders.
