Business Overview
In today’s fast-paced digital environment, adopting cutting-edge technologies like SaaS is essential for boosting productivity across organizations. However, this advancement also brings challenges such as increased risk of information leaks and the complexity of managing multiple systems.
This role is within a company that provides a leading cloud security solution designed to address these concerns—helping businesses use cloud services more securely and efficiently. The flagship offering is a subscription-based platform with a remarkably low customer churn rate (under 1% as of FY2024), demonstrating strong trust and satisfaction among enterprise users, including listed companies. As the company continues to grow, it is actively expanding its workforce and service offerings.
Position Overview: Pre-Sales Engineer
In this role, you will act as a Pre-Sales Engineer, offering technical support during the sales process and contributing to product value from the customer’s perspective. You’ll play a strategic role that extends beyond technical assistance—taking initiative in launching new services, spreading awareness both internally and externally, and helping drive sustainable business growth.

Share technical knowledge with internal teams (e.g., answering questions, hosting training on new technologies)
Deliver external technical presentations at events and seminars
Support the launch of new services or features (e.g., internal/external communication, documentation, product testing)
You may also work on a separate email delivery platform, a fully managed cloud-based service designed for reliable and easy email transmission, depending on your skills and preferences.
Additional Responsibilities(Email Delivery Platform)

Draft proposals and quotes
Respond to technical questions via email
Support onboarding (e.g., service setup, domain authentication, API integration)

Why This Role Is Unique
This is a technically demanding position that involves proposing complex solutions involving integrations with third-party cloud services. You’ll frequently work with IT departments and be seen as an expert not just in the company’s product but in broader cloud service architecture. Beyond technical work, you’ll also influence business results by supporting SaaS adoption and driving growth through efficient operations.

The onboarding period is typically 3–6 months. After that, you are encouraged to take part in cross-functional projects. The company promotes a self-directed approach to career growth and offers job rotation opportunities, such as working in customer success.
