We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to plan and execute digital campaigns for the Japan market, working closely with global and local marketing teams. You will oversee digital presence across multiple channels and measure the performance of campaigns to ensure maximum impact.
This is an on-site position in Tokyo reporting to the Global Content & Branding Manager and collaborating with both international and Japan-based colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement digital marketing activities including SEO/SEM, website optimization, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns in alignment with global and Japan marketing strategies.
Identify trends and insights, providing recommendations for improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to create and maintain engaging web and social media content.
Design and run experiments, track conversion rates, and measure results against KPIs and ROI goals.
Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across various channels and touchpoints.
Support general administrative and marketing-related tasks in the Japan office.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in digital marketing, SEO, or social media management.
Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, or similar.
