Role: Administrator
• Responsible for all the paperwork in the department.
• Compile monthly and all other reports and statistics, petty cash, expenses forms, etc.
• Handle mail documents, organize the office filing systems, typing, fax, photocopier and other office equipment, keeping appropriate records of paperwork.
• Attend meetings and make sure that minutes are taken.
• Assist in preparing records and reports.
• Take messages from telephone calls or other sources
• Responsible for department attendance and daily expense reimbursement.
• Maintain and administer records and reports.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Preparation of audit-related documents in both Japanese and English
• Interpretation during meetings and other events
What are we looking for?
• At least 2 years of related working experience.
• Good English and office software skills to meet business needs.
• Familiar with computer systems.
• Possess some filing and technical knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Native level of Japanese
