Annual Salary: ¥6,600,000 – ¥12,000,000
Monthly Base Pay: From ¥324,000
Bonuses: Twice a year (July and December)
Work Locations
Tokyo: Central office in the Nihonbashi area
Osaka: Umeda area
Fukuoka: Daimyo district
Note: Workplace assignment subject to internal company policy. Designated indoor smoking areas are provided.
Work Conditions
Working Hours: Flextime (no core time), 8 hours per day
Overtime: Paid separately; in some cases, 30 hours are included in base salary with additional pay beyond that
Trial Period: 3 months (no changes in compensation or terms)
Retirement Plan: Lump-sum and defined contribution options
Other Benefits: Housing allowance (for solo relocations), family allowance, investment trust savings, etc.

Days Off: Weekends and national holidays (121 days/year)
Paid Leave: Allocated based on start date in year 1; granted annually thereafter

This role involves developing and maintaining user-facing content for a subscription-based car service platform. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance pages such as the homepage and vehicle detail sections while introducing new functions to improve the overall digital experience.

Required Skills and Experience
3+ years in frontend web development
Experience working on B2C services
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Hands-on experience with frameworks like React, Vue, Next.js, Nuxt.js, or Node.js
Familiarity with Git-based version control
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Passion for creating intuitive and impactful user experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Figma, Git Flow, GitHub Actions, headless CMS (e.g., MicroCMS)
Experience with SPA, S3 + CloudFront configuration, or in-house service ops
Understanding of SEO, UX/UI principles, performance tuning
