位置情報ビッグデータ解析を専門とする、大学発のディープテック企業にて、インフラエンジニアを募集しています。
We are seeking a full-stack infrastructure engineer to join a university-originated deep-tech company specializing in geolocation data analytics.

現在、80ヵ国以上の位置情報データ（衛星・スマートフォン・交通データなど）を扱い、事業を急拡大中です。安定性と信頼性の高いシステム構築を目指し、インフラチームの体制強化を進めています。
As the company continues to expand globally with location data from over 80 countries, we are strengthening our infrastructure team to build more stable and reliable systems.

業務内容 / Responsibilities

  • AWS上でのネットワークとサーバーの設計・構築・運用
    Design, build, and operate network and server infrastructure on AWS

  • Linuxベースのシステムの保守・セキュリティ管理
    Maintain and secure Linux-based systems

  • デプロイの自動化と運用作業の効率化
    Automate deployments and reduce manual tasks

  • システム監視と信頼性向上の施策実施
    Monitor system performance and implement improvements

  • AWSコスト最適化のための技術的改善
    Optimize AWS-related costs through system-level enhancements

チーム・技術構成 / Team & Tech Stack

  • インフラエンジニア：9名（主に日本人メンバー）
    Infrastructure team of 9 engineers (mostly Japanese-speaking)

  • 使用技術：Linux（Ubuntu, CentOS）、AWS、Zabbix、Terraform、Ansible、AWS CLI、Bash、Python、JavaScript
    Tech stack includes Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS), AWS, Zabbix, Terraform, Ansible, AWS CLI, Bash, Python, and JavaScript

  • Linuxサーバー（Ubuntu, CentOS）の構築・運用経験
    Experience in building and operating Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS)

  • AWSなどのクラウドインフラの運用経験
    Experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)

  • Bashなどのシェルスクリプトを用いた運用スキル
    Strong command-line and shell scripting skills (e.g., Bash)

  • 技術的な背景・意図を論理的に説明できる力
    Ability to explain technical decisions and reasoning clearly

  • 日本語ネイティブレベルのコミュニケーション能力
    Native-level proficiency in Japanese

歓迎スキル / Preferred Skills

  • インフラ・ネットワークの設計経験
    Experience designing infrastructure and network architecture

  • TerraformやAnsibleを用いたIaCの経験
    Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible)

  • セキュリティポリシーの設計や監視体制構築の経験
    Experience with security policy design and monitoring systems

給与 / Compensation

年収600万円～1000万円（固定残業代約25時間分を含む）
¥6,000,000 – ¥10,000,000 annually (includes approx. 25 hours fixed overtime)

勤務地 / Location

東京都千代田区神田司町（PMO神田司町4F）
リモート勤務制度あり（入社後6ヶ月間は出社必須）
Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo (Hybrid work available; office attendance required for the first 6 months)

勤務体系 / Working Style

  • フルフレックス制（標準月160時間勤務）
    Full-flex working system (standard 160 hours/month)

  • 土日祝休み、有給、夏季休暇2日、年末年始休暇5日
    Weekends, national holidays, paid leave, 2 summer days, 5 New Year holidays

試用期間 / Probation Period

6ヶ月間 / 6-month probation

補足事項 / Additional Notes
