-End-to-end support with all HR-related data including processing starters, leavers, employee changes, leave of absence, employee status regarding the right to work in Japan, and ad hoc requests using Workday
-To support the issuance of employment certification.
-To manage immigration and mobility services, including coordination and monitoring of visas
-In collaboration with HR Business Partners, the TA team ensures the new-hire onboarding process is timely and effective
-To respond to and comply with internal/external investigations, audits, and assessments and to participate in and adhere to
- work with the Payroll vendor to ensure proper automated notifications are sent and actioned on a timely basis
- 5+ years’ progressive experience on payroll and C&B
-Knowledge of current employment law, regulations, and legislation
-Experience with metrics setting, driving, and holding self and others accountable to these
-Knowledge of HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and other HR systems (Workday, Deputy Enterprise, etc.)
