Key Responsibilities
Manage order placement, product receipt, and inspection of incoming goods
Monitor open orders, back orders, and delivery timelines
Handle customs clearance for finished goods and temporary imports (e.g., ATA Carnet)
Prepare and manage documentation related to logistics and customs
Communicate with overseas headquarters, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners
Generate invoices and reports for quality control and cost analysis
Coordinate product allocation for new launches and inter-store transfers
Support domestic deliveries, pricing updates, and inventory counts
Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in logistics or merchandising
Business-level English proficiency
Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred
Background in fashion, luxury, or jewelry industries is a plus
Experience working in international environments preferred
