[Responsibilities / 主な業務内容]

The Inside Sales Manager will:
インサイドセールスマネージャーは以下を担当します：

  • Develop sales strategies and lead a telesales team to drive new business opportunities
    セールス戦略の立案およびテレセールスチームのマネジメントを通じた新規ビジネスの創出

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly activities to achieve sales objectives
    日次・週次・月次の活動を管理し、営業目標を達成

  • Ensure pipeline management, forecasting, and KPI tracking via CRM tools (Salesforce)
    CRM（Salesforce）を活用したパイプライン管理・予測・KPI管理

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams for seamless execution
    マーケティング・カスタマーサクセス・プロダクトチームとの協働による戦略実行

  • Coach and develop a telesales team (currently 4+ members) and foster a high-performance culture
    テレセールスチーム（4名以上）の指導・育成、高い成果を生み出すカルチャーの醸成

[Requirements / 応募条件]

  • 5+ years’ experience in telesales/inside sales with proven track record
    テレセールス／インサイドセールスでの5年以上の実務経験（成果実績あり）

  • 5+ years’ experience in team management
    チームマネジメントでの5年以上の経験

  • Experience in B2B value-based selling and KPI improvement initiatives
    B2BバリューセリングおよびKPI改善施策の実行経験

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools
    Salesforce等のCRMツール利用経験

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills
    高い分析力・課題解決力および部門横断でのコミュニケーションスキル

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
    学士号以上

  • Languages: Fluent Japanese (oral & written), Business-level English (written)
    言語：日本語（流暢）・英語（ビジネスレベル・主に読み書き）
