Job Descriptions and Requirements:

  • Engage with potential customers to qualify leads, provide product information, and schedule demonstrations. Assess demo requirements based on factors such as application needs, location, and team availability. Coordinate demo logistics with customers and field sales staff, and maintain lead records in the CRM system.

  • Drive revenue by maintaining regular contact with customers and closing sales opportunities. Support lead generation through cold calling and referrals, working with marketing and other channels to ensure a healthy pipeline within assigned territories.

  • Promote effective communication within the sales team and suggest improvements to sales processes, approaches, and systems.

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Follow up with existing customers regarding warranty renewals to ensure continuity and satisfaction.

  • Assist Account Managers by facilitating communication between customers and internal departments.

  • Notify current and prospective customers of ongoing promotions and sales events.

  • Distribute relevant product information to customers to support engagement and decision-making.

This position requires 

  • At least 3 years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales or marketing.

  • Background in manufacturing or high-tech industries is highly desirable.

  • Proven success in fast-paced environments with the ability to stay updated on technical product advancements.

  • Strong track record of overcoming sales obstacles and closing deals.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Effective communication skills in both spoken and written English.

  • Outstanding time management and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce or Goldmine; Salesforce.com experience is highly preferred.

  • Skilled in internet-based customer prospecting and research.

  • Comfortable working with a base salary plus commission structure, with unlimited earning potential.

  • Consistently achieved or exceeded sales quotas.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid working relationships with external sales reps, internal teams, and clients.
