【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Purchasing, logistics coordination and tracking
Generate purchase orders to factories, warehouses and external vendors in a timely manner with strong collaboration with Delivery Fulfilment team and Sales & Service Division
Track order status to ensure on-time goods issue
Manage the coordination, shipping and tracking of goods
Work closely with Warehouse Operations team to ensure stock to be received and dispatched properly
Manage, process and reconcile received stock discrepancies
Work with various reports such as back order report, critical order, manufacturing schedule and inventory aging report
【REQUIREMENTS】
Native level Japanese
College or university graduated
Minimum 3 years related experience in logistic or trade is preferred
Good English communication both in verbal and written
Familiar with Microsoft Office, SAP skill priority
