【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

Responsible for full-price and outlet channels.

1. Planning
• Accountable for Open-to-Buy (OTB) budgeting and SKU planning, including cost management.
• Conduct sales analysis and develop plans to drive performance improvements.

2. Seasonal Buying & Data Analysis
• Execute seasonal assortment planning based on the initial strategy (approx. 1,000–1,200 SKUs per season).
• Analyze weekly and monthly sales data and conduct seasonal performance reviews.
• Monitor and manage key merchandising KPIs, including retail pricing, sell-through rate (ST%), discount rate (DC%), and gross profit (GP).

3. Allocation & Inventory Management
• Oversee receiving processes and plan store-level allocations (door merchandising).
• Manage inventory levels, including forecasting for aged stock and optimizing inventory across channels.

4. Team Leadership
• Lead a team consisting of 3 buyers, 2 operations staff, and 1 allocation specialist.
• Inspire and guide the team with a clear vision, focusing on skill development and capability building.

5. Opportunity Identification
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies.

【REQUIREMENTS】 

-7-10 年 MD Buying 経験者

-アパレル、カジュアルブランド経験尚可

-MS Office,特に Excel 上レベル

-数字、データーの分析能力のある方

-英語ビジネスレベル

 

Educational Background 不問

Working Hours 所定労働時間:9:00~18:00 (1 時間休憩)

テレワーク週1回、月曜日は全員出社日。
