Position Overview
The Development & Corporate Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to both the Development and Corporate teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The position offers the opportunity to work closely with professionals in renewable energy project development and corporate operations, supporting activities that contribute to the company’s strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative assistance to the Development and Corporate teams.

Manage and organize documentation, including creating PDFs, printing, filing, and maintaining digital and physical records.

Support internal approval processes, such as preparing approval requests and coordinating document signatures (company seal or electronic signature).

Assist with office and general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, booking travel and venues, organizing internal events or dinners, managing office supplies, and maintaining calendars.

Provide support to the Finance team, including checking invoices and assisting with expense reimbursement processes.

Prepare reports, presentation materials, and other documentation as requested.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience in an administrative, office assistant, or similar support role.

Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Familiarity with general office equipment such as printers and scanners.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or business qualifications are an advantage.

Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
