【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Manage timesheets on daily/ monthly bases
Calculate bouses and allowances, process overtime and holiday deductions
Monitor paid/unpaid leaves
Work with payroll vendor to prepare and check with employees’ compensation monthly
Update and manage the payroll system and report on payroll expenses
Ensure bank payments to employees with finance department
Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate along with wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
Assist with questions about compensation benefits, taxes, and insurance deductions
Prepare accounting files, records, and schedules and update data for audit
【REQUIREMENTS】
Have degree in business/economics/ HR management/ accounting, finance or related area
Have strong HR knowledge
Strong focus on Data operations
Have project management experience is desired
