Role Overview

As a member of the Market Management team for Europe and the Americas, you will support the execution of regional market strategies and assist with business planning for commercial vehicle sales. The role involves close collaboration with regional offices, distributors, and internal teams to ensure accurate sales forecasting, efficient operations, and the achievement of business and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy Execution
  • Assist in implementing regional market strategies and monitoring progress toward annual business targets.

  • Use market analytics tools and dashboards to track performance trends and identify gaps.

  • Support the preparation and tracking of business plans and rolling sales forecasts.

  • Help identify potential growth opportunities in underdeveloped markets or new application segments.

Market & Operational Coordination
  • Handle daily operational activities related to regional sales performance.

  • Serve as a coordination point for communications with regional offices and distributors.

  • Monitor market developments, including competitor activities and customer trends, and share insights with internal stakeholders.

Forecasting & Order Management
  • Work with regional partners to ensure timely submission of sales forecasts.

  • Track order pipelines, shipment status, and backlog data to identify discrepancies and support resolution.

  • Prepare documentation related to volume allocation and shipment planning approvals.

Marketing Initiatives
  • Support the planning and implementation of promotional campaigns and go-to-market initiatives in assigned regions.

  • Monitor campaign performance and gather feedback from distributors and regional teams.

Reporting & Market Analysis
  • Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for performance reviews.

  • Collect and analyze data related to sales results, market share, distributor performance metrics, and competitor trends.

Compliance & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Ensure that reporting and documentation comply with internal policies and operational guidelines.

  • Work closely with internal teams such as aftersales support, product management, and finance to help achieve business goals.
