Role Overview

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the implementation and adoption of the company’s technology solutions among hospitality clients while also leading strategic internal initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and direct communication with senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered successfully and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Project Strategy & Delivery
  • Develop and execute strategies for client-facing implementation projects.

  • Lead major initiatives that support organizational growth and operational improvement.

  • Manage project performance, including KPI monitoring and reporting to senior leadership.

Project Execution
  • Coordinate system implementation and support the rollout of new product features.

  • Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure projects are delivered according to timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Stakeholder Management
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and senior management.

  • Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure successful project outcomes.

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within IT services, consulting, or technology-related industries.

  • Experience managing software development or system implementation projects.

Skills
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities.

  • Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Solid understanding of IT systems and ability to propose solutions from a comprehensive perspective.

  • Strategic thinking combined with strong execution ability.

Education & Language
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Conversational-level English proficiency.

Technical Skills
  • Advanced use of productivity tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with project management platforms.

  • Basic understanding of system architecture components such as APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.

  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of SQL, business intelligence tools, or data analysis.

  • Industry experience in SaaS, travel technology, or hospitality-related businesses.
