About the Company
A growing company in the music curation and live entertainment industry is seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Administrator / General Affairs Manager to support daily business operations.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in administrative and financial support who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment and can handle multiple responsibilities with precision and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare invoices and support monthly accounts receivable processes (AR).

Assist with accounts payable (AP) and expense management.

Coordinate with external accounting partners and maintain financial documentation.

Support banking procedures and payment preparation.

Manage staff time tracking and provide basic HR and general affairs administration.

Maintain subscription services, vendor records, and office documentation.

Provide executive support, including travel arrangements, scheduling, and calendar coordination.

Assist the live events team with administrative and back-office operations.
Systems & Tools
Training will be provided to manage internal systems and tools, including:

Cloud-based accounting and expense management platforms

Project management software

Google Workspace, Excel, and shared cloud filing systems
Requirements

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Experience in office administration, general affairs, invoicing, or accounting support.

Professional communication skills when working with clients, vendors, and accounting partners.

High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial and personnel information.

Japanese/English bilingual skills preferred.
