Main Responsibilities :

  • Handle a wide range of HR functions in Japan, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, HR consultation, performance management, talent development, and offboarding.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle in close collaboration with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent.

  • Identify training needs and coordinate relevant learning and development programs with external providers.

  • Act as a cultural ambassador by promoting core company values and enhancing employee engagement through initiatives like recognition programs.

  • Oversee and improve the onboarding experience to ensure new employees are well-integrated and aligned with company culture.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and manage daily HR operations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and leadership across departments.

  • Support the execution of global and regional HR initiatives across the broader APAC region.

Hiring Requirements:

Experience/Skills/Education

  • Support full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, HR advisory, employee relations, performance management, employee development and exit management for Japan employees

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with each hiring manager to attract the best talent into the organization.

  • Drive training and development programs for employees by identifying training needs and sourcing for suitable training providers.

  • Be a culture ambassador to foster our values including promoting recognition program to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.

  • Oversee onboarding process, ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles and integration to the company’s culture and values

  • Oversees the day-to-day HR Operations and acts as the first point of contact for employees to answer day-to-day HR-related questions and provide advice when needed.

  • Build strong relationships and engagement with employees and leaders at all levels.

  • Support in the implementation of global, functional, and regional HR initiatives across APAC regions
